Running is arguably the most natural form of workout that someone can embrace. Simply put, our bodies are designed to run. We take great pride in seeing, when a toddler starts to walk and run. However over a period of years due to our life-style, we give up such basic attributes for which our body is designed. Running is surely addictive and can lift your physical and mental health. That said, running can a be a bit technical too. Its highly recommended to prepare your body before you run. This includes posture, hydration, strengthening and most importantly the right attitude.
