REFUNDS

Fitizens return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We will exchange the product or you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product. Customers are also responsible for return shipping.
EXCEPTIONS
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.
You were aware or notified of the problems with the product or service before making the purchase.
You did not like your purchase or realised you had no use of it.
If the customer has received the item(s) but fails to make a report within 24 hours of receipt.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you discover that the product you purchased from us is damaged during delivery:
report the damage to us within: 24 hours upon discovery
ensure that that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received;
We will exchange the product or you shall be provided with store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product.
