UNIREC is an organization which makes garments and workwear/uniforms made from fabrics which are made from recycled PET bottles. These fabrics are procured from our partners who are registered under 

the GRS (Global Recyclable Standard) certification, thereby ensuring the genuineness of the fabrics procured by us. Our product range includes tshirts, shirts, trousers, blazers/jackets and accessories.

The average per person consumption of plastic is around 28kg globally. While this consumption per person is at 11kg in India, India still is amongst the top 20 consumers of plastic globally. While plastic has definitely helped us in multiple ways right from an individual perspective to its industrial use, it is the disposal of plastic and plastic waste that is causing a major problem to the environment and eventually that problem will impact us exponentially. 

Moreover, in the last 2 years the pandemic has added to this trouble further with the unprecedented use of disposable masks and PPE Kits. Most governments across the world are struggling with the disposal of the bio-hazard waste being generated alongwith the increased use of disposal plastic in the forms of bottles, plates, containers, etc. 

Our Team at UNIREC is into manufacturing of garments, uniforms and accessories under its parent company Brandstore India Pvt Ltd since over 20 years now and we currently cater to more than 150 corporates, educational institutions and govt institutions for their requirement of uniforms & workwear. 

UNIREC has been launched with a singular aim of ensuring that plastic that is consumed by us stays in the economy and does not reach the environment. We are looking to ensure that our products made from recycled PET bottles are not only trendy and fashionable, but also make sure that every individual is now playing their part in protecting our oceans and our environment.
