MyGALF is India’s trusted wellness marketplace. We only allow brands or their appointed importers or master distributors or main distributors to sell on our platform. General retailors are not allowed on our platform.


Return / Replacement


Product Return

We carefully select our brand sellers with thorough background screening. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction.

• In the event, if our customer are displeased with the product manufacturing damage, expiry date and are able to highlight product issue within the first one week (7 days) of the product delivery.
• We will arrange for the coordination with the brand partner for complete product replacement with 7-10 working days.
• In the event the product has been significantly misused and /or there is no manufacturing defect or expiry but an invoked damaged or defect at customer’s end then we will not be able to arrange for a product replacement.


Service Return

• Cancellation or return not allowed in case of wellness sessions and events.


Refund Policy

• We refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine like product non-availability, defective product not replaced, incorrect size (product not used) and proved after investigation.


Service Refund

• Client cancellation not allowed in case of wellness sessions and events. Refund only possible in the session or event is cancelled by organiser.

Same day order cancellation of products, after placing the order allowed. Please contact us via contact us link. *Cancellation not allowed in case of wellness session and events.


REFUND TAT POLICY:

• In the event of the order cancellation; immediate refund is initiated by us. The credit of the amount is issued to the source of payment subject to timelines of the payment gateway and respective bank.
