Once products are booked or/and delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, no refunds or exchange can be done. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/ exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
